Important Notes for the Day
We do not have dedicated staff to watch children, so we cannot accommodate visits with children in tow.
The entire clinic is a smoke-free zone.
Depending on the results of your examination and the condition of your skin, we may be unable to perform the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To accommodate more customers, our clinic has established the following policy regarding appointment cancellations and changes. Please be sure to review this policy when making your reservation.
■ Notification Deadline for Changes/Cancellations
By 7:00 PM on the previous business day
※ Please note: If the deadline falls on a non-business day, the deadline is the preceding business day.
■ The following situations are subject to our cancellation policy:
Changing the date of your appointment on the day of the appointment
Changing the time of your appointment on the day of the appointment
No-shows without prior notice
＜For Clients with an Active Course Contract＞
One session of your contracted treatment course will be deducted
＜For Clients with Single-Payment or Non-Course Reservations＞
A cancellation fee of ¥5,500 (tax included) will be charged.

■ Regarding Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened or the planned treatment may not be possible. If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

What to Bring
For treatments that allow makeup application on the same day, please bring your own makeup products.

Arrival & Check-in
Please visit our clinic at your scheduled appointment time, and our reception staff will gladly assist you. First, you will be asked to complete the online medical questionnaire to create your medical record.
If you complete the form in advance, we will be able to guide you smoothly on the day of your visit.
If you have had any cosmetic procedures in the past or have any relevant medical history, please provide as much detail as possible.

Consultation
During your consultation, our counselor will carefully listen to your concerns and examine the areas of concern in person. Based on this, we will propose the most suitable treatment plan for you.
If you have any worries or questions, please feel free to ask us, no matter how small they may seem.
Our clinic does not engage in any high-pressure sales. We encourage you to take your time and consider your options carefully. -

Treatment
Before the treatment, a nurse will check your physical condition on the day of your visit, and the attending doctor will reconfirm the details of the procedure.
At our clinic, we will explain the consent form thoroughly to ensure that you fully understand the treatment.
Please note that the treatment fee is to be paid before the procedure. -
